The software for this site was designed and developed by Neil Munday during January 2004 for use in the PCFF FAQ. It later got a link to the same database for MyTechSupport. The software makes use of "editor.js" from phpBB 3.0 which is also Open Source.

Current version of the software is 2.15.

This BOINC FAQ was launched 12/12/06.

The software is very versatile. One database with FAQs can be made with multiple links pointing to that database. Each link has its own front page that can be fully skinned to the user's/project's likings.

The BOINC FAQ contents (i.e. not the software) was thought of and written by Jorden van der Elst. He can be found around on lots of forums as Ageless.
